Can you help if I don't have a full shipment's worth of cargo? +
Yes. Our consolidation service combines your cargo with other shipments heading the same direction, splitting the freight cost between clients. This is one of our most requested services for small and growing businesses.
Do you handle duty and tax payments?+
We calculate the applicable customs duty, VAT, and other charges based on your shipment's classification, and provide a clear cost breakdown before goods arrive. Payment can be made directly by you or facilitated through us, depending on your preference.
What documents do I need to ship with you? +
At minimum: a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or airway bill. Depending on the product category, additional certificates may be required — our team will tell you exactly what's needed for your specific goods.
